SHIPPING POLICY

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent.

United Kingdom

Standard shipping: £5.99. Free on orders over £50. Estimated delivery: 2 to 5 business days via Royal Mail.

United States and Canada

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Estimated delivery: 7 to 14 business days via Royal Mail International.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available you will receive a tracking reference in your dispatch confirmation email. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delays

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. PEAK CTRL is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

Lost or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@peakctrl.co with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
